Ladder Tread # 103 is a Stainless Steel Ladder Tread for Commercial or Residential Elite Model Pool Ladders. 

The LTDF-103 Ladder Tread also fits the SR Smith Low Profile Lifeguard Stand and the Institutional 4-Legged Stationary Guard Stand, where the ladder treads are installed vertically, without a tilt. 

Dimensions are 20" Long x 20" Wide x 3" High, Type 304 Stainless Steel.  18-1/4 Inch center-line mounting distance.
